Receptionist Console - The receptionist is often the first point of contact for
any inbound telephone call and therefore becomes a critical component of Customer
Relationship Management. The RosieTALK Receptionist Console is a carrier class IP Telephony attendant
console for use by "front-of-house" receptionists, or telephone attendants,
who screen inbound calls for their organisations. The Receptionist Console realises the
promise of IP Telephony by enhancing business processes and delivering rich services
in a personalised way.
TAPI Integration - The ClickToDial is a lightweight desktop communications product
for everyday users of Microsoft Outlook® and Internet Explorer®. This
integrated toolbar enables users to make and accept telephone calls directly from within
Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Unified Messaging - Today all business rely on email, therefore RosieTALK will
deposit all inbound voice mail messages into the client Inbox of the extension owner.
In this way we can make the email Inbox the destination of choice for managing email
as well as voicemail.
PBX Interconnectivity - It is expected that some customers will want a phased
deployment or a longer internal trial of the service. Or they may have a new PBX in a
branch that it doesn't make sense to decommission. For whatever reason, Rosie Red
offers full interconnection with any PBX that supports QSIG (all PBX’s manufactured
in the last 6 years should support this). Using an intermediate gateway, we can
provide full desk-to-desk dialing and feature transparency.
